Introduction

Welcome to Naviar Group LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions and Policies.

Scope of Services

Naviar Group LLC provides professional recruitment and staffing services, including but not limited to candidate sourcing, candidate placement, and employment consulting services for businesses across the United States.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to form contracts under applicable law to use our services.

Service Agreements

All recruitment and staffing services are subject to a separate written Service Agreement between Naviar Group LLC and the client.
Terms such as fees, payment schedules, candidate guarantee periods, and replacement policies will be detailed in the individual Service Agreement.

Fees and Payment Terms

  • A retainer fee may be required before commencing services (where applicable).
  • A success fee based on the placed candidate’s first-year base salary (typically 15% to 25%) will apply upon candidate acceptance.
  • All invoices must be paid within the timeframe specified (usually Net-15 or Net-30 days).
  • Payment methods include ACH, Wire Transfer, or other agreed forms.

Candidate Guarantee / Replacement Policy

  • Specific terms regarding candidate guarantees (e.g., 30-90 day replacement periods) will be outlined in the individual Service Agreement.
  • No replacement or refund obligation exists without a signed agreement.

Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary, sensitive, or confidential information exchanged during the engagement.
  • Candidate profiles and client information are considered confidential and must not be shared without consent.

Compliance with Laws

Naviar Group LLC operates in compliance with all applicable federal and state of Florida employment, anti-discrimination, and recruitment laws.
We do not engage in discriminatory practices based on race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, or any other protected category under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • Naviar Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability under any circumstance will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services rendered.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved first by goodfaith negotiation.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and jurisdiction shall be exclusively in the courts of Florida, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (logos, branding, materials) is owned by Naviar Group LLC.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Changes to Terms

Naviar Group LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
